These fourplexes were built in 1978 and have white brick exteriors. Each unit is about 750 sq. ft. Honomichl, LLC purchased the four buildings on the west end of Heather Lane between 1993 and 1998 and has been remodeling a couple units per year. We try to have better than average apartments at lower than average prices. Similar apartments just down the street are renting for $20-$30 more per month and they don't include all the remodeling we have done. No Pergo floors, no new stove, no new cabinets...

This is a sample floor plan. Measurements are approximate and vary slightly from unit to unit. This floor plan is for a unit on the left end of the building. Units on the right end of the building are reversed.

All units have Washer/Dryer hookups in the Kitchen. Sorry, electric dryers only. No hookups for gas dryers

Some units have fireplaces, though on some of the more recent remodels we have been taking them out. They haven't been used much and it allows us to make a little more room in the kitchen.

Upstairs units have evaporative coolers. In 1998 we replaced all the older A/C units with evaporative coolers (sometimes called "swamp coolers"). They are very cheap to operate and cool the entire apartment.

There are six off-street parking spaces for each building.
